Mbt tagger

Finally I managed to run a POS tagger on Persian data on a linux system and get some result. It was amazing for a guy like me who knew nothing of linux and compiling packages in it. It is MBt (memory based tagger). will post the result later. am trying to run a HMM and Brill tagger too.
